Please read these terms and conditions very carefully.

Terms of payment

30% of the amount will be reserved as deposit on reservation and the remaining amount will be refunded upon arrival. However, the hotel can pre-authorize your credit card prior to arrival.
Cancellation of booking 21 days or more prior to arrival will result in loss of deposit
Cancellation of reservation 0-20 days prior to arrival will result in the total amount of the reservation being charged.
Failure to appear will result in the total amount of the reservation being charged.

CHANGES IN THE DATE OF BOOKING

Changes to the booking date without extra charge (as long as they are for the same period of time) can only be made if there is such availability and only after relative awareness from us.

ADDITIONAL COST

Any additional services or costs other than those expressly offered free of charge must be paid prior to your departure.

CONFIRMATION OF THE BOOKING

All booking details and any agreed additional services will be emailed to you when the deposit is confirmed. Upon arrival you will need to show this email along with your passport.

Check-in 14:00 – 01:00
Check-out until 12:00

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Pets are not allowed at the hotel.
Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms and apartments.
Extra beds cannot be added to the bedrooms.
Children up to 3 years stay free of charge if using an existing bed or a cot.
Consumables at the pool bar are not included in the reservation price and must be paid directly.

ACCESS

The hotel has no wheelchair-accessible rooms or elevator.

LOSS / INJURĪ„

The hotel invites guests to behave in a responsible and polite manner.
Any visitor causing damage to the hotel’s property or any inconvenience to other guests will result in a financial burden and a requirement to leave the hotel without any compensation.
The hotel is not responsible for any damage or inconvenience caused to you by other guests.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Any special requirements in order to improve your stay at our hotel should be notified prior to your arrival in order to cater for your satisfaction.

VALUABLES & SAFETY

The hotel is not responsible for any theft, loss or damage to guest property or of any illness or accident that occurs during your stay at Aria Suites. For this reason, we recommend that you have adequate travel insurance and coverage for any related incidents.
The safety of visitors and new members of their team is their sole concern and the hotel is not responsible for any adverse situation they may find themselves.

Please let us know what you are not satisfied with during your stay in order to try to fix it.
